Our room was nice, clean and modern, location very close to airport, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have drop off and pick up from airport free of charge.

The breakfast buffet was okay not the best

Location is 10mins away from airport. Glad i chose this as traffic is crazy here. I dont hv to leave earlier to beat traffic. Lots of restaurants around the premises. Love NORM.. smoothie bowl. Small pool, not many use it, so it’s kind of private. Staffs ate friendly. There’s complimentary shuttle but.. timing is limited!

Bedsheets stains not changed n room not properly swept. We stayed 6nights. Unable to open curtain as it’s facing another hotel room next door. TV boring channels. Knowing it’s mainly for tourists, should hv Netflix options n more international programs. Buffet breakfast was bare minimum. Make n food not tasty.. like plain/fried rice, fish/chicken dish. One indian vegetarian option which is surprisingly good aloo with naan/prata. Salad n fruits are good. Live station for eggs n packet noodles are good. There’s crossaint, baguette, slice bread which are decent. Jelly nice. Pancakes awesome. Porridge simple n nice too.

Breakfast buffet. Restaurant was mediocre. The popcorn chicken had no taste, it was bland. Spaghetti bolognese; tasted like sweet ketchup.

the room was lovely and clean,very quiet ,big comfy bed,nice sheets pillows and towels,good wifi, we had a small balcony which was only standing room but still lovely for views and sunrise,the buffet breakfast was really good,lots to choose from,quality food,the rooftop pool was very well appointed with a lovely breeze, nice sun loungers, …we will stay there again, you can walk to restaurant and the esplanade area

Location in relation to the airport is good. Good option if you arrive late in the evening and need a clean place to get through the night. The breakfeast was great with a nice selection of everything you could need. Great cereals!

The plumbing of the bidet in room 342 seems to be faulty. Upon using it the whole bathroom was filled with a foul stench which could only come from the drain. I‘m lucky that contact with the water from said bidet didn’t lead to any illnesses or infections.

We pay extra for balcony but balcony was like nothing, also nothing for drying clothes. In reception they said that balcony is just for smokers and if we are not smokers we pay for nothing! And receptionist smile and say that they have laundry... really, I should give my swimming dress to laundry? Also they take deposit from card and didn’t inform that they will give back during one month!!! Personal was not helpful and I feel there really bad...

Vasanti have a wonderful staff that are always trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. When we arrived there was a mix up with our room but the manager quickly rectified the situation. We were on our honeymoon and they provided a beautiful welcoming gift along with a celebratory cake that was sent up to our room. This is our second time staying here and anytime we are in Kuta in the future we will stay here again! Thanks for everything!

More hand towels for the bathroom. Bigger drinking glasses.

The location is okay not extremely as convenient as it's described. Friendly staffs.

The design of showering room got a very even floor, which happened that the floor was flooded with my showering water and the toilet room is flooded as well!

Extremely nice staff, clean rooms and nice restaurant down stairs so that me and me two friends didn’t have to go anywhere for dinner when we arrived late from traveling all day. Also just down the road from the airport so excellent location if you wanna stay near it.

Our room had a very weird smell just as you entered, like a damp kind of smell and the hallway from our room at the end of the corridor to the elavators smelled like actual poo in the morning.

Everything was awesome! We were surprised about the space we had in our room and the professional welcome! The swimming pool and lobby is absolutely beautiful!

When I arrived my room was not ready and when I requested a late check out they gave me an extra hour and said I’d have to pay for any later even though my room wasn’t ready at check in time

I was so happy to stay here. The staff were so amazing! They upgraded our room for the Junior suit with no additional charges. Location was perfect for party, a couple minutes walk to the mall. I would love to come back here again!

Outstanding stay at Vasanti Kuta! Such lovely staff from housekeeping to front desk - nothing was too much trouble. They upgraded us and room was amazing - well equipped, quiet and bed was so comfortable. Lovely pool area on top floor with nice drink choice and great bar tender. We stayed at several hotels during our holiday in Indonesia and this was the best choice! We will surely visit this hotel again next time.

Nice place. The room was clean and nice. The aircondition was amazing and the breakfast was really good. Yummy with waffle and pancake. The wifi was not the fastes, but ok to watch netflix, snapchat and surf online. The pool was a bit cold, but it was really cool. A bit loud music at the pool, but beside that, it was really amazing and I would really recommend this place to everyone, and I would definitely come back.

This hotel was a great find for us. We spent the last two days of our holiday here and I'm so glad we did. We were able to relax in enjoy the hotels facilities. Our room was really big and lovely and clean which you can get cleaned daily if you wish by pressing the button in the room. The breakfast at this hotel was the best we experienced the whole 3 weeks we were away, there are so many options available and all were so tasty. I previously read some reviews that the breakfast didn't cater for western preferences which I do not understand. You can order fresh eggs, pancakes and waffles ...along with cereal and lots of other options! The hotel is walking distance to the town by just turning right, so there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We spent a lot of time in the hotels roof pool and enjoyed pizza and cocktails...the menu is more expensive then other restaurants that you can eat at nearby but the food was tasty and 60,000 for a pizza for two people is still great! All the staff here are so friendly and helpful, they provide an excellent level of service! When arriving from the airport the hotel is only 5mins(ish) away but don't go with any taxi's that are there waiting when you come out of the airport. They are asking 250,000-300,000IR for a 20,000IR journey. Go with a blue bird meter taxi- on the way back to the airport the hotel can order you one. Was really handy having the fridge in the room so we could buy water and Bintang! The robes in the room are also a nice touch High recommend this hotel.

Although its not the hotels fault- the independent taxi drivers outside the hotel can get very annoying shouting at you each time you leave the hotel.
